Pocket Controller is the best known and most feature rich program that does that sort of thing, but it's also the most expensive
There are other progams out there (some of them free) with varying levels of functionality and picture quality, inc. "Remote Display Control Host" and "PDA Controller 2.0" to name a couple. My experience is they all tend to have a bit of time lag, which can get a bit annoying if you're using them a lot, but i certainly agree with you about the whole Outlook thing, esp. the fact that "snoozing" of reminders doesn't seem to get synched :realmad:
