I went through the great tutuorial "How To: Encode Videos For Your PDA For Free" and thought I had succesfully gotten through the rough bit. I have a 490MB .avi file made and moved to my Sandisk Extreme III compactflash card. Now I have installed TCPMP .72 and it operates untill I try to open the movie file. It locks up and I have let it sit for up to ten minutes to no avail. I understand that this is a large file, should TCPMP lock up for an extended period of time?
