Unresolved items are pieces of data of files that have been changed on both the PC and the PPC and the device cannot reconcile the most current version. Check the
Options set up in Activesync to tell the PC how to deal with them:
- In Activesync, click Tools
- Select Options...
- Then select the Rules tab
In the
Desktop dropdown box, select the option you want.
This doesn't always get the job done. If this is the case, uncradle the device and then reconnect. Failing this, a soft-reset normally corrects any errant behaviour.
Make sure that you always have a current backup before performing any kind of reset: it helps undo any unexpected behaviour.
