I too do not have a rules tab. But I only have one partnership (File -> Mobile Device is greyed out).

Jogga - are you synching with Exchange Server perhaps?

Sporkman - if you are running the latest version of Pocket Breeze and Pocket Informant (2007 or 2005), the file is probably pocketinformant.vol. The author of Pocket Breeze is looking in to the problem which cropped up in a recent release. I share your dismay at how neanderthal ActiveSync is compared to Docs To Go.
