You will need outlook, not outlook express. I don't know if you need it, if you do not plan to sync contacts and items from outlook. You will need activesync if you want to connect to your pc without going through a wireless network. Activesync is available free on the web.
If you want to synce wirelessly, you will have to download
activesync 3.8,. Activesync 4.1 or 4.2 will not allow wireless syncing. Wireless should be in in rom, however, I think some axims had the odyssey client on disk as an add on, but I don't have any direct experience with that.
last resort, would be an email to dell from the support page with your service tag. They may offer to sell you the CD, but i think the cost is minimal. Good Luck and yes -- Everyone ,
