What I usually do is have a "container" sort of thing. If it's text I'm copying, and I really don't care about the formatting, I just open notepad, and cut/paste till I'm finish. Or you can always use MsWord, and copy everything there...

NoWire, you're talking about MS Office for the desktop NOT Pocket PC, right? :scratch_h However, your suggestion of copying into a container (i.e., the Notes app in Windows Mobile [equivalent to Notepad]) should work.
