Believe it or not, that still violates copyright laws. And there are still many old games that make profit in one way or another.....just think of the large number of "Classic Games" packs that get released for PC, Playstation, etc. all the time. Although there might not
currently be a profitable version of a game (like Bubble Bobble) out there, a manufacturer like Namco, Nintendo, or whoever could come along and include it in a "Retro Pack" at any time.
