Well I am definitely not an AS pro, but I also use my x50v at work and home. I am using AS 4.2 in both places as well. My home and work PC's both are running XP Pro SP2 and MS Office 2003. My work PC connects to an Exchange server for mail. My PDA syncs with both PC's and not the work exchange server. The only thing you can not do is sync your Inbox at both locations....I think. So at work I sync my Tasks and Calendar and Favorites and at home I sync My Contacts, Inbox, Calendar, Favorites and Tasks. It all seems to work very well for me.
