I've been using XCPUScalar on my Ax for 1 week now with absolutely no problems clocked at 472 (and a bus speed of 236 MHz). The Spb Benchmark index is now 1069, the CPU index is 1406, File System index is 1429 and the Graphics index is 471. These numbers are approx. 40% better than the Axim 2002 400 MHz PX250 numbers posted at the Spb Software website (apart from the graphics index which is up only 10%).
I tried Turbotray, but it didn't perform anywhere near this well on my PXA255 (I'm guessing because it didn't speed up the PXBus beyond 99MHz).
I run a ton of software on my system which I did not remove prior to running these benchmarks (including BatteryBar and JournalBar which consume a fair amount of resources) and I have not had one bit of trouble. So, in a nutshell, I really really really like XCPUScalar (because it works, doesn't crash my system, and the AutoScale function works well). Just my thoughts...
