For what this tool does, you don't even need MortButtons. You just need to know that the programs menu is located in \Windows\Start menu\Programs (or some localized name), so you can create subfolders, create/move links, etc. there with any file explorer...
Changing the icons is a bit more complicated, but you're probably better off with
SK Shortcut Manager for that...
