Some of my favourites are HandyMenu, Handy Launcher and Handy Switcher by Dinarsoft; I also couldn't live without MemMaid to keep my Ax clean. The one must have is a good backup programme - this will be your best friend if things go wrong; my choice is Sprite Backup.
