You need to create three folders in your pcdocuments folder (the one which is used for documents to synchronise) hich is created when the parnership is created. These folders care created on the axim after a hard reset and if they do not exist on the computer one gets the irritatiing message which says that you have to close down programme etc. Just three folders are: templates, business and personal. Now sychronize and the problem should go away
