I'm living with a time bomb.
I've not been able to sync my x51v to my desktop for a few months now.
I've not done a hard reset for fear of data loss.
I finally decided to set up a sync with my notebook but still no success.
There's no simply no connection with ActiveSync 4.2.
My trouble started when I "upgraded" to A12.
I've been told: it's the firewall but so far all the instructions I've read has been rather disappointing. Isn't there anything I can do just to establish connection?
Is it Dell or Microsoft the culprit? How can something so simple as synchronizing be so complicated? This is so disgusting!
