Yes they do, I just checked their website. In fact there is a recall on certain serial no. for battery failure and data erasure. The recall has you submit your unit for repair. if I do order one and the unit is inside the serial break at least I know it can be fixed,though one would 'think' a true refurb would already have this problem corrected
