Slinger, I think that if you are a WM 2003 Axim owner and you have downloaded the patch from the ftp site then you are perfectly within your rights to do so as ultimatly posting it up officially or unofficially is Dell's responsibility. You are technically licensed for 2003 and so all is well. I would wait for the official posting though only so that you're sure you won't be dealing with any pre-release installers (though the probability of that is very small).

But people trying to go from 2002 -> 2003 should not be doing what they are doing. What I find even more interesting is that you guys are discussing this stuff publicly on this forum. This is analogous to talking about pirating Windows XP (for example) on this forum.
