I was using TurboTray. I was running Microsoft Pocket PC and im pretty sure its 2003 version. The about Info says Version 4.20.1081 (build 13100). The Processor is a Intel PXA255. I called dell and told them I was having problems did a little troubleshooting and 20 minutes later they are now shipping me a new one to replace. It will be about a week because the tech told me they are updateing the firmware on the Axim 5 talked about something not working to its fullest capacity so they are delaying shipping till they get that worked out. I dont remember the exact specifics. I think in a few weeks we will see a bios update available for the axim.
