I posted in the other posting that you mention you did not have success. I would try the online chat and see if you have better success. I wouldn't give up, I would try and try again. From the readings it seems that it depends on which CR person you get to how they respond to your request.

I've been trying and trying again since January. All I've had (after eight months and dozens of messages) is an e-mail suggesting I try a soft reset! Wow! Really getting to the root of the probem.
For the rest - nothing, zilch, zip. If I try on line chat I get a message telling me that I don't qualify.
