I recently tried and purchased the new updated version of ilauncher -

This program has not slowed down at all my x51v. I really, really, like this progam.
I also bought Pocket weather. I also use Resco Explorer.
ilauncher is simple to use and really has helped my Dell to become really easy to use. Also their support is excellent. They email you right back and answer any questions you have.
