So yesterday, I upgraded Office 2000 to Office XP Pro. Afterwards, I attempted to use Activesync and the only items that synched were Files, Inbox, and Favorites. Wondering what happened to Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, I clicked on Options and noticed that the checkboxes to activate the synchronization of these items were all gone! - Soft Reset
- Disabled ZoneAlarm
- Deleted partnership

- Reinstalled ActiveSync 3.8
- Uninstalled AS 3.8 and Installed 4.2
Everything to no avail... 
I'm pretty sure the problem is a corrupt file on the PDA because using Activesync on my computer with the Axim off the cradle and the partnership deleted, I could see my contacts and such through the AS options dialogue. So what are my options now?
I'm trying to avoid a hard reset because the last time I backed up with AS was after this happened (whoops). Is there a way to reinstall Pocket Outlook? I'm also using Pocket Informant. Would reinstalling that help? I think I should also roll back to AS 3.8. How do I do that? Please help!

Did you click on activesync on your pda and I believe it is in options and try to set the items you wish to connect? Try establishing it from the pda side since the computer side isn't giving you that option
