It's not possible to remove any programs that already came preinstalled because it is part of the ROM. However, if you want to save time after a hard reset, just make a backup when you have your device the way you want it. You can use the built-in utility on the device itself, the utility on Activesync (only versions 3.x unfortunately) or a third party utility such as Sprite Backup or Spb Backup. One of the advantages of third party utilities include a self-executing restore file; basically, you tap on the .exe and your device is restored without the need for connection to a PC. Just make sure you save your .exe in a location that is not touched by a hard reset (e.g., storage card or BIS).
