Personally, i don't have a problem with the "legality". It's my PDA. I bought it and if I want to do something like drop it into a vat of acid or run it over with my car... I have every right to do so. As does everyone else here. Sharing the hacks and so on... that's another issue.


So how does this ROM hacking happen? And what kind of tools are available?

Also. How do the guys at dell make the roms in the first place?
