Please don't go Crazy. I'm not familiar with agenda fusion. Make sure you have a version that is compatible with wm5. If you have any earlier version, that may be your problem. I'm also not very familiar with outlook. Could you have a bad or corrupted record that causes a problem with the axim, but not the pc.

In other organizers, I have exported my information to new data files to find the offending record.
