Mystery solved - I used a different passport account. Once I went back and re-activated it using the passport account used originally everything works!

Is this the only reason I cannot read my old ebook? I had an old Toshiba PDA and I just purchased the X41V. After I installed the new Reader and activate it (using a new account as my old account exceeds the quota). I can't read my books.
I tried to create my own ebook by using the Word Add-in and I got the same error message from Reader. Any help thanks?
