Overclocking it to 400 mhz is very easy and from years of PC overclocking experience it should be (overclocking is never 100%, but what is) very safe. The 300 and 400 mhz chips ARE the same so bumping your basic up to advanced speeds should be as safe as someone running an advanced Axim. They may bin the chips, but I doubt it. Peoples CPUs don't seem to be limited until well over 400 mhz. So, you may get crashers if the overclocking softare isn't working right or if you overclock the CPU too high, but if you stay at 400 mhz I'd bet that you are 99.9% safe.
I of course will be pushing for 1 ghz with pocket phase change cooling;) J/k. Maybe I can rig one of those little hard liquer bottles, a GPU fan and some tiny tubing for a pocket water cooling setup:D
