same ActiveSync and the same ROM A12 for months.
Please post if you find a solution, as I also run into syncing problems.
For a few weeks now the USB cradle has been sysncing flawlessly.
I'm not at all confident in that staying, so I bought a Bluetooth USB key,
because I read here that the Bluetooth syncing is more robust.
This weekend the Bluetooth quit syncing?? Then after a day it started
working again?? No changes.
I have had several times when syncing has stopped working. The things I've done that have worked.
1) Uninstall Dell Axim USB drivers from PC (as mentioned above post) and let it automatically reinstall.
2) Remove Activesync from PC through Add/Remove programs then reinstall. This had worked twice before with no other actions.
3) Installed ROM A12 into the Axim, it had quit syncing with ROM A6. I did many things that time and not sure exactly what got it going. But after installing A12 it worked great for a few months.
In my case, I have always suspected the PC side. I think the Axim is good, I choose to blame MS

By any chance do you have 'fast user switching' enabled in Windows XP? I experience similar problems to what you've described and I read somewhere that Activesync doesn't support multiple identities in Win XP. This is an absolutely ridiculous situation. One Microsoft product doesn't like to play nice with code built into the flagship Microsoft OS. Which genius dreamed this up?
