I'm back to announce a MIRACLE!!!!!!!!.

Hard reset, MemMaid, SKTools all of the above = still no reminders.
Continued to explore trial software previously installed then removed (I had been trying to get repeating alarms).

VOILA -

alarmToday - even trial installation (which had expired) resurrected my alarm notifications!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've purchased a licence and am smiling again!
