Please delete my account then. This whole issue has been grossly mismanaged and I do not wish to be someone's moral scapegoat. All that I and a few others did was see whether the patch could be made to work on existing 2002 machines
purely out of curiousity. If you wish to believe that the reason Dell took the patch of the site was because of that thread, then you are simply naive. At no time did we think we were doing anything illicit or illegal and the moment that a moderator stepped in to ask us to stop the discussion about what happened, we stopped. If there what we were doing was so horrific, then the thread should have been deleted
the moment a moderator saw that it was there.
