I think you are actually talking about their remote display application. Coupled with the force high res application you get a VGA display on your pc. You can then use a pc screen capture for your screen shots. That is discribed

I f you are just looking for saved screen shots, on the axim CD, resco viewer is a fully functional image viewer that takes screen shots from your axim. Hope this helps.
