Wendy, when I read this it reminded me that I had a similar problem some time ago. I removed reader from the Axim; reinstalled it from my desk top and then reactivated it via
this address (MS) from the desktop.
I normally run my Axim
lean and haven't bothered with Reader since my last hard reset :rolling: However, I loaded it this morning, reactivated and restored my library without bother. If a reinstall doesn't fix it, I would try
backing the device up and then a hard reset. :hide: Reinstall the Reader first to see if that fixes the problem; if it does something else may be interferring with the program: load the other programs one at a time to see if you can isolate the problem.
This can be a pain if you run a lot of stuff on the ppc, but I found that when I loaded TomTom a few weeks ago this was the only way to fix a BT problem.
