Not quite done.

The uninstaller won't work because the registry entry will be pointing to the wrong installation directory. You need to edit the registry to correct that.

If the application associates itself to a file type, you will also be hosed, as the registry entry for the association will point to the wrong location for the application. That will have to be fixed, too.
