Please call us M-F at (714)839-5300 between the hours of 10:30am-5pm, PST, and ask to speak with a technician. They will be able to better assist you with this matter.

My spoken english is not much good, but I will try to give them a call in a couple of hours. Using Skype, of course, I am in Spain
