Mobility Site - View Single Post - Stupid(?) guy here, help me install themes!!!!

Hey guys, I got this AWESOME wisbar advance desktop theme, but I guess I'm the only idiot on earth that couldn't figure out how to install themes off the bat. I'm used to installers doing it, but okay I've figured out how to make icons, clocks, meters and shortcuts but how do I make all the OS stuff skinned? Like the start button, start bar, battery/memory gauges, reception, sound icons, LOGIN SCREENS, etc.? i mean I would assume that WAD might wanna come in to play and put them up there for me but nope, it's all up to me I guess. So please someone, tell me how to USE my WAD themes. Thank you
