So yesterday I discovered that there is a broadcom bluetooth stack available for the Axim and I downloaded and installed it. Bluetooth on the axim works but now I can no longer activesync to the desktop pc via usb cradle.
What am I missing here? I have searched the forum but couldn't find any additional information.

Try Start - Settings - Communications - USB to PC communication and check/uncheck the only thing you have there. It worked for me. :)
