Try using a newer version. I use 3.8 (works great and don't want to use the newer versions) and it works great. Otherwise use 4.2: you can download it from
here.

ps You also have to start activesync! In c:\windows on your PDA you can find async.lnk. Start it, start repllog.exe and wait....
