I managed to get the wireless AP connected to the same 3 screen prints you uploaded. When I go to the notification screen, I do not seen the globe (internet) icon in between the PPC and the AP. There is an error message "WEP password is missing" in the middle. No IP address was assigned even though my X51V is connected to the AP, hence no internet connection.
I double checked the setting to see if the network is set to connect to 'The Internet', and it is. I'm baffled.
Put it back to WEP and it's working like a charm.

Hi xflyboy.
I dunno what else for you to try. I am not familiar with your router as mine is a Belkin unit.
I will attach some images of the relevant screen shots from my router to see if that helps but the image restrictions on aximsite may make them hard to see.
Have you tried doing a backup then do a hard reset, with only socket installed and try that?
Is "AP" access point?
Are you MAC filtering?
Is power save turned off on your Axim?
If you have an error message that says "WEP password is missing" it sounds like something is not set to WPA. Is this error on the Axim or Router?
I have never tried WEP so do not know mush about that.
