I would probably deinstall once again, soft reset, use a file manager to remove all lingering traces of iSilo, soft reset, use a registry editor to remove all lingering traces of iSilo from the registry, soft reset, Deinstall iSilo from the PC, reboot, use a file manager to remove all traces from the PC, reboot, use a registry editor to remove all traces from the PC's registry, reboot, recheck both the PDA and the PC to be sure it is completely gone, ActiveSync, Soft Reset, reboot, then re-check both the PDA and PC to be sure it is really all gone.

Then I would go out to www.isilo.com and pull down a fresh copy of the install and install it.
