The up and down arrows move a selected track up or down obvious really!)
ABC arrow list playlist tracks in alphabetical orded.
The two Check Boxes selct all or none of the playlist tracks. (I don't know why there are two levels).
The next box I am not sure about.
The "up folder" icon moves up to the next higher folder,
The floppy disc icon saves the playlist.
