It looks to me like you could buy a copy of GPSGate (from
www.franson.com), install it on your Pocket PC, and use it to send the GPS data to the application on your PDA and also send it out via the COM Port to your laptop. I would suggest you get in touch with Franson to make sure this is possible in the Pocket PC version. They have an evaluation version available for download.
