Did Dell ever send you a new unit? I received mine yesterday. My story is on another recent post. I could have probably hard reset my old unit with the same results, but Dell wanted to replace my unit. So I said OK. Received one with ROM A12 (my original unit had A01). This only means that the Restore function (Spb Backup) does not work on my new unit. But that is just as well because if I restored EVERYTHING to the way it was when I was having Activesync problems, I would have likely restored
my problems as well, despite the fact that Dell said it was a HARDWARE problem.
Who knows?
