I beg to differ. I have seen posts from a person or two (I think on Dell's forum) that said the patch appeared in the upgrades for Axim on their support site. Not just under the FTP, but under the little click down menus. It dissapeared with 15 to 30 minutes I believe. I just read this yesterday.
There was also the user here on Aximsite that received an email from Dell telling them to apply the patch. SHortly after they recieved another email telling them not to.
