These were made by various other talented authors. I have the incomplete levels that were started by other people, but not finished. No, it is not a stupid question at all. :D The developer of the engine provided a free level editor, so that other people can make their own levels to share with other people. Also, a lot of people have started levels because there is a level development contest sometime this month.
