Have you tried the registry hack?

I bought a noname jobby too and it didn't work. It was down to the Axim assigning COM ports differently than most other PPC's. I only found this out after buying another for £50 and visiting the manufacturers website.

I found this interesting reading and may very well work for yourt other BT card. It did for my Sitecom one but not for the other noname one (now sold so can't try with new firmware version).
