Voice Over IP.
Instead of using a traditional or cellular phone, have the Axim "packetize" your voice conversation and transfer it over IP.
There is a fairly significant growth in the VOIP market right now in a lot of corporates. But it requires significant investment and expertise. Not just simply a matter of enabling IP :)
