Which buttons can you not program? I have reprogrammed the entire joypad and the 4 applications buttons. In CorePlayer, go to Menu -> Tools -> HotKeys. Tap on the action you want to reprogram, then tap on Menu -> Modify Key. Then press the key you want to map the action to. Also, you're not limited to just the 12 actions on that screen. If you go to Menu -> Modify Action, you can select from the all available actions (around 40 of them). Hope this helps.
