Most programs that ar for the axim will install a shortcut by themselves. But there are a few that dont.
Find the exe of that prog in file explorer. Tap and hold, and select copy. Go to /windows/start menu/programs. Tap and hold in blank space at the bottom, and select paste shortcut.
