So it seems that Dell has been working on this Tablet PC idea for a couple years now, since it seems to have been rumored since July of '04. (
Engadget).
I wonder if this is the reason they got rid of the PDA line. It looks like they want to concentrate on their tablet PCs. And I mean multiple tablets because if this rumor has been going on for this long, it is possible that they may come out with their 12" model still and a UMPC model.
Then again, if it does not come out,
possibly rumored, in the
spring of '07, we won't see anything for more years to come.
I'm in no rush.
