I have a CF WiFi card connected to my Axim. The WiFi connection seems to be working good. I.E. from my PC I can ping the PDA. Further evidence that the WiFi connection is good is the signal strength indicator. It's showing 5/5 for signal strength and has therefore granted 11 Mb/s. But how the hell do I do anything with this connection!? I've launched IE on the PDA and there's no place that I can see where a guy can tell it to use the WiFi connection. My friend has an HP Jornada, and his IE has a "Tools" tab at the bottom with three sub-tabs: "General", "Advanced", and "Connections". I don't have the connections one.
So next I went from the Start menu of my Axim:
Start -> Settings -> Connections Tab -> Connections and created a new connection. This page has three tabs: "General", "Modem", and "Proxy Settings". No place is there option to select not modem, but WiFi connection.
Who has done this before, and who can tell me what I'm doing wrong!?
