ll of the EXE installers are self-executing ZIP files. If you want to inspect the contents or read the "readme" file before installing, just rename the file with a ".ZIP" extension and open it with any ZIP program. Inside you will find a CAB file that can also be opened with a ZIP program. The CAB file contains all installed files.

EDIT: I just tried this and it didnt' work for battmemtime. However, I did find the CAB file in the Program Files directory (in Microsoft ActiveSync) when I tried to execute it. You may have to look for some utilities that create CAB files from ZIPs.
