I could not see down there as to what I was doing, but on me third try the internal speaker was working again. But up on installing the head phones again the internal speaker quit again (note the head phones have all ways worked). When you install the head phones the 1/8" mini jack it has a switch that disconnects the internal speaker and that is what is a bad design. My problem is I want a new revised 1/8" mini jack installed, not another X51v with the old jack that will do it again, Help what do I do Steve

Take a trip to RadioShack, buy a sturdy jack, a soldering iron, and some resin...
