Log into your account at dell, go to the customer support section, and find wherever the thing is that lets you email customer support.
Just ask them if you can do it online or something, i wrote 3 or 4 sentences about if they would refund it for me if i ordered it online.
Well they replied back, and they had already placed the order on my account for me (free of course).
I had already called once like a month ago, but they didnt know what i was talking about. Than i heard of all the problems so i waited.
Anyway, it'd probably be pretty easy to call, but i just thought id share this info. for those who wish to avoid possibly long phone calls.
Oh, and its giving a delivery estimate of early september. Do you think it will actually take that long of if they are over-estimating as they did on my axim. Because since apparently the problem has been fixed, i dont know why it would take all that long to send it out.
